These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CityVaranasi.com and any tour package, boat ride, hotel booking, car rental or pooja service arranged through us. By contacting us or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only once we've agreed the service, date and price with you directly over WhatsApp, phone or email — not automatically from filling in the contact form on this site. Prices shown on this website are starting/indicative prices and can vary by season, group size and exact requirements; the final price is always confirmed with you before you pay anything.
We do not collect card or bank details through this website. Payment terms (advance amount, mode of payment, balance due) are agreed directly with you at the time of confirming your booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the specific service booked (boat operators, hotels, drivers and pandits may each have their own short-notice policies) and will be shared with you at the time of booking confirmation. Weather, river conditions or ghat closures beyond our control may require last-minute changes to boat ride timing or route; we'll always try to offer the nearest available alternative.
For hotels, boat rides, car rental and pooja services, we act as a local coordinator connecting you with boatmen, drivers, hotel partners and pandits we work with directly. We take reasonable care in choosing who we work with, but we are not the direct operator of third-party properties or vehicles, and their own conduct, safety standards and policies also apply.
We are not liable for delays, losses or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including weather, river conditions, traffic, government restrictions, or third-party service providers' own actions. Travel, especially boat rides, carries inherent risk; please follow all safety guidance provided on the day.
